Quicktron employed a shelf-based Goods-to-Person (GTP) system with 82 M-Series Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), sparking a paradigm shift at 4PX. This innovation streamlined operations, allowing efficient processing of diverse SKUs from various merchants. The integration of a "one order at a time" strategy enhanced operator convenience. Within the automated 8000 sqm area, AMRs operated across 15 picking workstations and 7 putaway stations, achieving a remarkable picking efficiency of 230 pcs/h/station.
