Quicktron X LH Logistic Group
With continuous technological advancement and rapid development in the logistics industry, automated warehouse management and goods-to-person transport robots are playing increasingly important roles in modern logistics systems. LH Logistic Group, as a modern publishing logistics center invested, built, and operated by the Chinese Media Group, is located in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. The three-story building has a total area of 26,357.88 square meters. The project aims to promote digital transformation and logistics innovation through technology and innovation, becoming one of Jiangxi Publishing Group's key annual projects. Quicktron has customized a comprehensive solution for this project, helping LH Logistic Group achieve modern warehousing.
Challenges and Objectives
Project Highlights
The successful implementation of the LH Logistic Group project marks another breakthrough for Quicktron in intelligent warehousing, creating significant value for the client. The project includes 44 third-generation Xuanwu M150B transport robots, 8 Qilin H80A transport robots, and 9 units of FD140A intelligent forklifts, becoming a milestone in Quicktron's forklift projects.

1,Quicktron's First Forklift (Non-Stacker) Project
This is Quicktron's first forklift (non-stacker) project and the first to adopt the 9.0 architecture for forklifts, with the number of forklifts in a single project setting a new record in Quicktron's history. The new F140 model took less than six months from development to operational deployment, becoming Quicktron's fastest vehicle model to launch.
2,Quicktron's First 9.0 Architecture Project
This project is the first to adopt the 9.0 architecture, equipped with the latest 352 system, comprehensively optimizing the communication protocol between AGV and RCS, achieving lower bandwidth usage and reduced response latency. The vehicle-mounted system underwent a 50% rewrite, significantly improving operational efficiency. The control system was completely rewritten, greatly enhancing stability and flexibility.
3,First 3.0 Forklift and Shuttle Robot Relay Transport Project
This is the first project to implement relay transport between forklifts and shuttle robots, fully demonstrating Quicktron's innovative capabilities in multi-model collaborative operations.
Efficient Intelligent Warehouse Management
In the LH Logistic Group project, Quicktron robots achieve efficient warehouse logistics management through advanced intelligent warehousing solutions. The specific operational process is as follows:
1,Intelligent Forklifts
Nine intelligent forklifts transport pallets from the first-floor empty pallet buffer area to the inbound unloading area and then to the inbound transfer position, achieving efficient pallet handling.
2,Cross-Floor Transport
Forty-four shuttle transport robots move between various areas on the first, second, and third floors, connecting with elevators, pallet stackers, and wrapping machines, ensuring efficient material flow between floors.

Intelligent Dispatch System
Quicktron's RCS intelligent transport dispatch system seamlessly interfaces with the client's upper-level WMS/WCS systems, optimizing robot basic configuration, robot management, scheduling and algorithm management, traffic control management, and task execution management through basic task interfaces, maintenance interfaces, and query interfaces.
