From November 5 to 8, 2024, Quicktron, a global leader in intelligent warehousing, will once again make its presence felt at CeMAT ASIA, the International Logistics Technology and Transportation Systems Exhibition. This marks Quicktron's 8th consecutive participation. At this year’s event, Quicktron will showcase its newly upgraded moving robots and the revolutionary QuickBin+ solution, delivering more efficient and cost-effective intelligent warehousing solutions for enterprises.
Groundbreaking Product Launch:
Dual Breakthroughs in Efficiency and Cost Optimization
As a key highlight of this exhibition, Quicktron will introduce the next-generation moving robot, the M5 (F Series). The upgraded model boasts significant performance enhancements, along with innovations in intelligent operations and flexible configurations, making automated warehousing solutions more adaptable to the complex and evolving needs of businesses.
Through technological improvements and optimization, the new M5F moving robot will further boost the picking efficiency and storage capacity of the QuickBin solution. Known for its high flexibility and efficient goods handling, QuickBin represents Quicktron's latest breakthrough in warehousing logistics, empowering businesses to improve operational efficiency and shorten ROI cycles.
Hybrid Solution QuickBin+:
During this exhibition, Quicktron will also highlight its hybrid picking solution, QuickBin+. The core advantage of this solution lies in its integration of multiple types of robots capable of handling bins, pallets, and racks. Initially designed as a dual-robot cooperative solution for the efficient picking of medium and large items, QuickBin+ extends these capabilities to handle mixed picking needs for large, medium, and small items simultaneously.
The QuickBin+ solution enhances the flexibility of the entire warehousing system through multi-robot collaboration. It integrates the tall case-picking robot C56, the small moving robot M5, and the pallet/shelf-moving robot M100, efficiently covering various tasks across the warehouse. Quicktron's hybrid picking workstations support multiple operation modes, including "Bin-to-Person," "Shelf-to-Person," and "Pallet-to-Person," significantly increasing picking efficiency and inbound/outbound capabilities to meet diverse business needs.
